SEO & Content

SEO content is an editorial decision, not a keyword pass.

Search optimisation at SENATORE means deciding what deserves to exist, in what order, and in whose voice — then writing it well enough that the ranking is a consequence rather than the point.

Who it is for

  • companies with a website that ranks for its own brand name and nothing else
  • teams publishing regularly without a topic map, so every article argues with the last one
  • businesses that inherited an SEO keyword list and no editorial plan to carry it

The problem

A keyword list is not a content strategy. Most SEO content fails because it answers a query the company cannot say anything distinctive about, in a voice nobody would read for its own sake.

What we do about it

  • We start from search intent, not from volume: what is the reader actually trying to decide?
  • We map topics into clusters around the pages you already own, so new content strengthens old content instead of competing with it.
  • We write pillar pages for the broad questions and cluster articles for the specific ones.
  • We recommend internal links and on-page structure, and tell you which existing pages should be rewritten or retired.

What this covers

  • keyword research
  • search intent
  • topic mapping
  • content clusters
  • pillar pages
  • on-page optimisation
  • internal-linking recommendations
  • content refreshes

What you receive

  • A topic map showing clusters, the pillar page for each, and the order we would write them
  • The articles themselves, written to the mapped intent
  • On-page recommendations: title, meta description, heading structure, internal links
  • A written note on what to refresh and what to retire
Pricing. SEO content sits inside the monthly programmes: from $1,290/month for eight articles with topic research and a calendar, or from $2,290/month with strategy and a broader deliverable mix. Single articles from $290.

The process

How a piece gets made.

  1. Brief

We learn the business, the audience, the subject and the objective. You tell us what the piece has to achieve before we discuss what it should say.

  2. Interview

When the expertise lives inside the company, we extract it through conversation. The recording and the transcript stay with the engagement.

  3. Research

We verify claims, research sources and build the argument. Anything that cannot be sourced gets flagged, and then either sourced or cut.

  4. Draft

We write the article, the copy or the ghostwritten piece, against the structure you approved rather than against a blank page.

  5. Editorial pass

We tighten structure, language, evidence and voice. Every substantive cut is explained, so you can disagree with the reasoning.

  6. Approval

The client reviews the final piece. Nothing is published anywhere under your name without your written approval.

  7. Publish

The finished work goes to your website, publication, newsletter or byline, ready to use as delivered.

What an editorial pass changes

Demonstration

Before — demonstration

In today's rapidly evolving threat landscape, organisations of all sizes face an unprecedented array of challenges when it comes to protecting their sensitive data. Our cutting-edge, best-in-class solution leverages industry-leading technology to deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end approach that empowers businesses to stay ahead of the curve.

After — demonstration

Most credential-theft breaches do not begin with a clever attack. They begin with a password that one person reuses across a work account and a personal one, and a login page that never asks for a second factor. The attacker does not need to break your defences; they need to find the one door your own rules left open.

That is why the useful question is not how strong is our security stack but which accounts can be reached with a password alone. Answer that and you have a list you can work through in a week.

What changed, and why

  • A clearer argument: the second version makes one claim and supports it
  • A stronger opening: a concrete situation instead of a category announcement
  • Evidence where it belongs: the mechanism replaces the adjective
  • Better rhythm: sentence lengths vary because the thought does, not for effect
  • Less generic language: no phrase could survive being moved to another vendor's site
  • A stronger conclusion: it leaves the reader with an action, not an impression
Demonstration material. SENATORE has not published these pieces for a client. They are written to show the difference an editorial pass makes, and are labelled DEMONSTRATION wherever they appear. No client, result or testimonial is being claimed. Genuine examples will replace them as engagements permit publication.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this different from what an SEO agency sells?

An SEO agency optimises pages you already have and then asks somebody to fill them with words. We do the research and write the words, and we will tell you when a page should not exist. The map is smaller and the writing is the deliverable.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and nobody who understands search should. Rankings depend on competition, technical health, domain history and time. What we control is whether the piece answers the query better and more honestly than what is currently ranking.

How long before SEO content works?

It depends on the market and the site's existing authority. We will not put a number of months on it in a sales conversation, because a number you are given before anyone has looked at your site is a number invented for the pitch.

Will you use AI to write the content?

AI-assisted tools may be used in our workflow, and we say so plainly. Research, source verification, editorial judgement and responsibility for the published piece remain with SENATORE and a human editor. We do not publish unreviewed machine output.

Send us a page you are unhappy with.

We will tell you whether it needs a rewrite, a different topic, or nothing at all.
